ANTILUS/ FRISK-FISK was developed as a purchasing scheme for fish health products and services in the period 1998–2006, coordinated by Vesterålslaks/ Arctic Quality Seafood (AQS) and Hellefisk AS with Trygve Helle.
For several years, FRISK-FISK was the country’s largest purchasing group, with its own fish health manager from Nordvest Fiskehelse AS.
FRISK-FISK can contribute to good fish health with fish welfare – by purchasing the most suitable fish health products and services. The goal is to ensure sustainable production through the right purchases and reduce costs for the industry through economies of scale and good negotiations.
