Fish health including animal welfare is essential within ASC and GLOBALG.A.P.

We offer internal audits, supplier audits, consulting services, and business development to public and private enterprises.

Animal by-products and fish sludge from aquaculture are eligible ISCC raw materials and becoming important part of our expertise.

We are ARCTIC QUALITY ORIGIN with business address in Myre in Vesteraalen and home office in Bergen.

New material name"Fish sludge" (fiskeslam)for ISCC EU and PLUS

Aquaculture auditor Trygve Helle at God Fiskehelse AS has been working for a long time to find better and more appropriate material names in the ISCC system for residues from aquaculture. This development work is done at our own expense for our clients—ISCC certification companies and their customers.

Previously, we had “Animal by-products (category 1/2/3)” incorporated into ISCC. Now, fish sludge / “Fish sludge” is listed by ISCC as a qualified material for the ISCC EU and PLUS standards.

We continue the development work because it is highly relevant and important for our clients. And it provides motivation to choose both the certification company and us as the auditor.
